No refund

Every product is in limited quantity, meaning that once the product is sold-out there's no more copy available. 

The only way to get a full refund is if the product is damaged. (see below)

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If damaged: 

Send a email at hey@motamo.ca with a picture of the damaged product.

We will return to you briefly.
