Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online
2 attempt policy:
If no answer and not safe to drop your shipment, your shipment will be kept with us and come back for a 2nd attempt.
After the 2nd attempt (if no answer) we will drop your shipment at the safest possible spot.
It is your responsibility to be home and collect your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CORRESPONDING TRACKING INFORMATION.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED WHEN THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED.
