" 'Be present' came to mind while I was engaging in Vipassana meditation at home. It helped me stay centered, especially when visualizing this drawing as my mind wandered away from the present moment. The spiral symbolizes our chaotic minds, meandering from past to present, occupied with either happy or unhappy thoughts — a pattern of the mind. This realization helped me understand why we are often anxious and preoccupied. It now serves as a daily reminder to find calm amidst chaos." - Yan
